BIAS co-creation workshop in Tallinn

 Our CEO, Soumya Kanti datta hosted a workshop on “Gender and race bias in recruitment and HR management: co-creating 𝗳𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁𝘄𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗔𝗜 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀”. It was facilitated by Ivana Todorovic and Debolina Paul. It was a highly interactive workshop whose results will feed into the work of the EU-funded Horizon Europe BIAS Project. It aims to develop bias detection and mitigation tools used in AI powered recruitment and HR management.
